Coito home inspection & construction

Mike did what was supposed to be a complete home inspection on a home we were looking to purchase in 2017. Mike charged us for a complete home inspection, even though he did not access the attic space or crawlspace underneath the house. We understood that the attic space was not accessible, and this wasn’t an issue for us. However, Mike claimed he could not fit in the crawlspace under the house. As we were leaving the property we ran into a plumber that the seller had hired to do repairs under the kitchen. The plumber easily accessed the underneath of the home, showing us a large square opening that was about 3’ x 3’- plenty big enough for a grown man to fit into.... read full review

Mike performed our pre-sale home inspection & did a wonderful job. No stone was left unturned & we were able to take care of the important items prior to putting it on the market. He was knowledgeable, considerate, & concerned about helping us in the best way possible. Thanks!
