John the owner was great to work with. They arrived on time and did a beautiful job on our living room and family room carpets! Very reasonable prices and we will call when bedroom carpets which are new , need cleaning . Thank you.
These guys are awesome, great communication, good price, and go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. There was an odor in a rental unit that we thought was the carpets... after a cleaning the smell was still there. John (the owner) came over on his off day and identified smell source on the walls and helped neutralize well beyond a traditional carpet cleaning. They own their units and understand the landlord perspective. 100% recommend and will use every time.
We’ve used Bio Kleen several times now and every time they do such a great job! They have always responded quickly, communicate well through the entire process and are professional and respectful of your home. John is friendly and wonderful to talk with. He makes each visit a personal one. He did an amazing job with pet stains and even worked a wax spill out of our carpet. Would definitely recommend this company a thousand times over!
