“My husband and I wanted to use someone local when purchasing appliances for our new home, and we are SO glad we did! From going into the showroom, to ordering, to communication & delivery, Ginno’s was AMAZING!

Our house was still under construction when we ordered, so they were flexible with our delivery date which was really helpful. When the delivery day came, they gave us a window of 11am-12pm and showed up at 11:05. All three men who delivered the appliances were kind and listened to all of our questions and concerns. A couple of pieces of our refrigerator were slightly broken but Taylor was quick to bring it to our attention and get the parts reordered immediately. They set up the fridge, dishwasher, and oven and made sure everything was working properly. They also made sure we knew how to use each appliance before leaving.
