“Great private gym. Tucked away behind a AAA towing office at the back of a nicely kept commercial occupancy. Down a long driveway located towards the rear with limited parking for about 8 cars. Very clean and friendly staff (DJ). I went there for a kids strength and conditioning class for an hourly session. Great for kids and highly recommended.“

“Gym.is clean, they always have people cleaning the floors, machines and bathrooms. People in the front are always nice and helpful. My only thing is I wish they would get a few more stair machines.“
