Everything went better & faster than I was expecting. I took the burial permit to Oakwood, signed the paperwork and had my mother’s urn buried, all the same day. A month later the bronze plaque was placed on the grave without delay. The price was competitive and the grounds are better maintained than some cemeteries I’ve seen. I’m very pleased with the results.

If I could give this place minus -5 stars, I would. Adolfo Zamudio should not be allowed to work at this place. Not sure what his actual role is, with all the bad reviews, I’m surprised he has not gotten fired. He’s horrible! Unprofessional, condescending, rude, mean, and flat out unfit for a job at cemetery. Grieving and distraught people often visit this burial place, but he couldn’t care less. Immediately, at the first contact, he gives you the card for a broker to find out the cost of the plots.
Then he is resistant to answering questions you may have. We are lucky to have the money to go somewhere else, when other people may not.

Unfortunately security harass people that visit their loved ones, continually drive by more than three times in an hour making myself feel threatened by their presence. As a woman by myself I was more scared and threatened by a male security approaching me for flipping the bird after 4 times of driving by and decided he needed to walk up and threaten with removal from cemetery and calling the cops. This man was bigger than I am and his partner felt the need to also get out! I had to tell him to yell at him in order to stop walking closer because I was scared for my safety.
