“Great gym! Supper clean, well maintained, has everything I need, and has very friendly staff who all call you by your first name. I feel very comfortable working out there.
Oh, and the price for membership is great!
The owner Mike, is great. You can definitely feel and see his pride in the ownership.”

Every workout feels purposeful and challenging, but still achievable. Zach takes the time to tailor training plans to individual goals, whether that’s building strength, improving fitness, or gaining confidence in the gym. His encouragement and professionalism make training enjoyable, and the results speak for themselves. Highly recommend Zach to anyone looking to improve their fitness with expert guidance.”
“Pilates at Ecore Fitness changed our lives. We’re finishing up our private lessons with Aleesa and we’re so thrilled with how much we’ve learned as beginners. It’s addicting and Aleesa’s attitude and knowledge have made us feel confident. Every session we have is always different and that’s what makes it exciting when we show up to class. She is always accommodating to our schedule as well. She knows what areas of our bodies need more tuning. The location and cleanliness of this studio is top notch. I recommend this studio to all levels of pilates. They know what they’re doing.”
