“I have been going to Gordon for several years now. He is the best trainer I have ever had in my 66 years. He is extremely professional and very attuned to injury prevention. At my age this is a very important component of my workout. Also he is extremely knowledgeable of muscle interplay and which muscle groups to work to prevent future problems such as hip/knee/ back/ neck problems. He is a stickler for proper posture and how this will prevent future issues. I find him to be extremely personable - making the workout less of a chore and more of something I look forward to. I would highly recommend Gordon! Also I hear he is moving to a new location that I have no doubt will be top notch.“
