The service included fixing a ceiling leak from a toilet tank with a small crack and a loose wax ring, repairing a tub overflow drain leak, tracking down a small pipe leak, fixing a toilet leak, reconnecting drain lines and a garbage disposal for a new sink, and cleaning out a main house drain and yard drainage lines. Troy listened carefully, checked each possible source step by step, and worked through every option before making a repair. The pricing was fair, the plumbing work was solid, and the whole experience felt honest and respectful. Great customer service from everyone I spoke with on the phone and in person. The team was quick to respond, friendly, and easy to talk to. I found a leaking hot water heater after hours, and when I called early the next morning, Troy walked me through the repair and replacement options and gave clear professional advice on each one. He answered all of my questions and helped set up a same-day plumbing service appointment. They were very easy to work with and a real pleasure to deal with. Troy took time out of his day to stop by, inspect the plumbing issue, and give a helpful idea of what might be causing the problem. He removed an inspection port and explained that there was likely a blockage in the drain line or that the septic tank needed service. After the septic tank was pumped, the problem seemed better at first, but there was still a drain issue. I called again, and we set up a visit to have the line snaked.
