“I hired TD West to upgrade my electric panel from 100 AMP to 200 AMP. The old panel was above gas meter, so it had to be moved, and the overhead service drop from PGE needed to be replaced as well to meet current code. Dinh was my main point of contact on the project and was fantastic to work with. Home improvement projects give me a lot of anxiety, and I like to ask lots of questions to understand all the details of what is happening. Dinh patiently answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the project. The project required coordinating with PGE and the city of Oakland for inspections. Terry kept on top of and managed all of those details and kept everything on schedule. Salvador and Andrew were the two lead electricians that did the work. They were very professional and did a great job on the installation. Everyone from TD West was on time for every appointment. All inspections passed on the first try. Every phone call or text I had with a question was answered within a reasonable time frame. On top of all of that they offer a fair price. TD West will be my first choice for all future projects.“

We appreciate him coming over all the way from the East Bay to the Peninsula at such short notice.
