Castro Valley Animal Hospital

Castro Valley Animal Hospital is dedicated to providing high-quality veterinary care for pets. The hospital's team believes in the unique health needs of each individual pet and strives to offer affordable care. The hospital has received praise for its caring and kind staff, who treat pets as if they were their own family members.

One reviewer shared a difficult experience saying goodbye to their sick kitty, appreciating the kindness and compassion shown by the vets and staff during this time. Another reviewer had a positive experience when their cat, Helo, received quick diagnosis and treatment from Dr. Brar, leading to a successful recovery.

The facility is noted for being clean and for its welcoming tone set by the warm staff. Although some customers mentioned that the pricing was slightly higher than expected and that not all service fees were clearly explained, they still found the care to be good. One reviewer brought their rabbit, Thumper, for a routine check-up and noted the veterinarian's knowledge and thorough care. Another reviewer with their cat, Luna, found the appointment to be professional but felt it was rushed due to the busy schedule.

The hospital is also recognized for being open on Sundays and providing timely and affordable care for pets in need, offering an alternative to other vets in the area that were closed or had higher exam fees. Overall, Castro Valley Animal Hospital is highly recommended by reviewers for its commitment to providing exceptional pet health care, although clearer communication about costs and scheduling could enhance the experience.
