Terrible place to shop and or buy glasses. Antionette doesnt know anything . I bought and paid for 2 pair of prescription glasses. I originally came up there with my prescription. They took my order and when I called back to ck no one answered the phone. I had to go back in person to ck on my order, they didn't even have a note in the computer with my prescription or that I had even came there previously and had asked specifically about two pairs of frames they stated they sold there. I had to start the process all over again! The optometrist (sorry forgot his name, older man, gray hair and beard) who came to help me Had had the friggn shakes!! he could not hold his hands...read full review

These people are by far the worst!! My kids and I have had Covid unable to pick up my glasses for being quarantined and sent the half of what I owed to collections! I do not have the glasses but yet sent me to collections after being a loyal customer for 20 years!!!
