Gee, I really don't know how to start without making this a long drawn out review but I'll try. I met doctor Chu and her sister Suzanne between twenty five and thirty years ago. I came by to do a business license inspection and to also make sure the property was safe for them and future clients. At the time of the inspection I was not in need of eye exams or eyewear so I was just happy to meet a couple of sisters that had a community vision of something that was needed in the area. Suzanne and Amy have always been patient, caring people who have shown a great interest and concern in all their clients. The optometrist is very detailed. The staff is very helpful and nice. Getting an appointment might take a while, but nothing good comes easy. They work with your insurance, and they'll try to help you out.

Dr. Chu and all of her staff are fabulous. She is the finest most intelligent optometrist I have ever had the opportunity to meet. Dr. Chu listens to you and makes you feel heard. She explains what she finds in terms regular folks can relate and understand without making you feel you you’re being talked down to. Dr. Chu really cares! Thank you Dr Chu and Susan too for the guilt if continued good vision and care.
