Tangle Free: A Low Sensory Hair Salon

We haven’t been able to get my son a nice professional cut because of how terrified he is with haircuts. But i saw all the great reviews this salon had and decided to take a risk. I’m so glad we did! The salon had so many sensory friendly things for my son. He felt comfortable in there, although still nervous and did put up a fight, she still managed to cut his hair AMAZING. She was so patient and got it done! My son wasn’t easy at all but she didn’t give up and didn’t rush him at all. We will be going back in a couple months. I loved this salon and told all my autism mommies about it. Great experience :)

10/10 experience. My 3 year old doesn't like his head touched so I was nervous about his first haircut. Thanks to the welcoming atmosphere and Lacey being excellent at customer service we felt instantly comfortable. She did an amazing job on my son's haircut. She is very talented and personable! Definitely will return for our son's and our haircut needs!

Today we took my 4 year old autistic son to Tangle Free A Low Sensory Salon and I am blown away about how amazing of an experience we had. I was extremely nervous about how horrible my past experiences have been with haircuts and other hairstylists, as soon as we entered the building all my nerves were put at ease. But most of all my son was comfortable. I was in tears seeing how easy it was. Lacey is amazing at what she does. Very friendly, you can tell she has experience with special needs children.
