This is a very clean building with many excellent physicians, who work here. Extremely clean restrooms, easy access to masks and hand sanitizer. Plentiful parking around the building.
My experience with the Mercy Med Group has been fantastic. Setting appointments is easy (you have to plan ahead), staff is kind and friendly and the 2 doctors that I've been seeing for the past 20 years are awesome humans. Dr. Hicks and Dr. Toussi. I would not recommend the Dermatology Dr at this facility; he was awful. That was just 1 experience, and I won't go back to him.
ER department took good care of me. I wanted to add that Simron Sangha was so helpful after 8 hours waiting for a room. I had good doctors but the personal touch of Simron made my 24 hour stay better. She helped me get care and tended to my IV better than anyone else, and finally my discharge was happier because of her. She never made fun of me like another nurse did because I drove to the ER after experiencing a slight stroke. Thank you Simron!!
