First of all, they don’t ever pick up the phone or return voicemails. I had to walk in to make an appointment for my son. Then when we saw the Dr., I felt like he wasn’t engaged or really knowledgeable. My son has diagnosis’ from doctors from UC Davis and Sutter. When we told him about a certain diagnosis, he said he doesn’t believe it’s real and it’s all mental. My son has mild CP. And when I asked about other issues he’s having that’s linked to his CP, he said he’s not educated enough to answer. He is a Neurologist .. This is supposed to be his specialty! How is he not educated enough?!

This is ridiculous. I was referred to Them my referral got approved and I have not heard from them. I have left messages. My migraines are getting worse. This is unacceptable. Good luck being able to reach them.. it’s been more than a month that my referral was approved

This is the worst clinic out of all clinics that exist. I would give it less than zero.
The staff here are cold and heartless and show absolutely no empathy. When you ask them for help, they just don’t care.
I asked them to help transfer my grandmother from the car into a wheelchair because she can’t walk, and it’s hard for me to do it alone—I’m small and underweight. They didn’t even want to help.
On top of that, no one provides proper diagnostics. Overall, there is cruel treatment of elderly people here.

This place has a 1.5-star rating on Google, and honestly, that should tell you everything you need to know. If anything, that rating feels generous.

Potential patients should be aware: if you do not have a social security number, this clinic will refuse to see you. It does not matter if you have valid insurance or were referred by your primary care physician. Without a social security number, they will deny service!!!

When I was unable to provide one, I was questioned about my legal status by Yelena B. in a way that felt completely inappropriate and unnecessary. What made the situation even worse was that this questioning took place at the front desk, in earshot of other patients. It was humiliating and felt discriminatory. No one should be put in that position while seeking medical care, nor should assumptions of someone's legal status be made.

Overall, the staff was unprofessional, dismissive, and appeared to lack a clear understanding of California health insurance policies and qualifications. Communication is also a major issue. They rarely answer their phones, and it took multiple attempts just to reach someone. When I finally spoke with Larissa K., the apology I received felt insincere and did not address the seriousness of the situation.

I was also told directly that it is clinic policy not to treat patients who do not have a Social Security number. Keep that in mind if you are being referred here or attempting to book an appointment, which is already unnecessarily difficult.

I would NEVER recommend this clinic. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, professionalism, and dignity. HOW THEY REMAIN IN BUSINESS IS BEYOND ME.

The wait time for an appointment is three months, and once you actually arrive at the clinic, the wait in lobby lasts for hours. They never answer the phone, so you have to go to the clinic in person just to schedule an appointment. It is absolute chaos there.

Would give zero stars if possible. Have been calling every day regarding my neurology appointment and have yet to get any answer or explanation for why this is taking so long. They never pick up the phone or call back. I just need to get scheduled, why is that hard??? The referral was sent to the clinic weeks ago so why?? I had a seizure in December and 3 months later I’m still waiting to see a specialist. I can’t drive until I get cleared! It would be great if they could take 2 minutes to call me back and let me know the situation. Total unprofessional and negligent.

Worst clinic I've ever been to. So confused as to why the place is still open. I recommend you NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT
    go to Dr.Anna Roysman.
Pavel Polskiy is my PCP, yet I've never seen him once ! The front desk keeps assigning me to Roysman(worst doctor)
Front desk staff is extremely rude and arrogant.
    Had to switch clinics immediately!!!

I had a really frustrating experience with this clinic and would not recommend it. First off, getting ahold of anyone is impossible. Calls go unanswered all the time, and when someone does pick up, the staff often come across as impatient and rude rather than helpful. During appointments, the professionalism also felt questionable. Instead of focusing on the medical issue I came in for, I was asked personal questions that didn’t seem relevant to my care, such as where I work and how much money I make. That’s not only uncomfortable it feels inappropriate in a medical setting. Overall, the atmosphere felt dismissive and uncaring. When someone goes to a medical clinic, they’re usually already dealing with stress or health concerns. The last thing they need is to feel ignored, judged, or brushed off. Until this clinic improves its communication, professionalism, and respect toward patients, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere for care.

This place refuses to answer their phone, return a phone call or respond to pharmacy requests via fax. They are worthless
