Cutting me off to where I had to slam on my brakes was not a good way to represent your company. My groceries went flying all over my back seat. My eggs broke and my cookie package popped open. Proceed when it’s safe. Then you stop in the middle of a parking lot drive lane blocking myself and another car from getting where we needed to.

I have had Landis Landscape & Maintenance service our property since 2013. They service our property which is shy of 1 acre once a week and have always done an excellent job with their staff of gardeners.Our property has changed over the years, from new trees/shrubs to hardscape and they've always been adaptable to our request. As our fruit trees and vines have matured over the years, I often prune them but leave the clippings on the ground. I know without hesitation that they will collect them while blowing and place them into our green waste bins. I can also claim that we have never had any issues with knowing that if we are not home that they are very responsible in securing gates.

Disappointed that they repeatedly miss obvious things (like staking plants back up that have fallen over, weeds that are very overgrown, plants that have died because a sprinkler stopped working, etc. All of these will go ignored by Landis for WEEKS without their attention. You have to call them for EACH glaring issue to get them to take care of these very obvious problems. We don't get WHY they ignore these for weeks, and why we have to call them everytime to take care of the obvious. Frustrating.
