“Josh is incredible! I can’t emphasis enough how different my experience with Josh was compared to other aesthetic spas. For starters Josh is an experienced nurse practitioner, in this rapidly growing field, you can’t always be sure your injectors know their stuff, not the case here! Josh explains what he is doing and why. I definitely trust him and his expertise. Josh spent a good amount of time getting to know me prior to performing any injections. I had such a good time chatting with Josh. It was very different than my normal 3 minute “so do you want the same?” appointments I had previously with other spas. “Viviana is my GIRL! And I miss her a ton! I work out of the country and was very busy while home, yet she always worked with me and my crazy schedule. I always felt really bad when I had to cancel or reschedule, yet she was always so graceful. Last year I had a lot of hectic last minute things to deal with and long story short ended up moving out of Sacramento (so sorry I couldn't say goodbye), so I had to cancel my appointment. Anyways! Viviana is literally the best when it comes to waxing! She always made me feel extremely comfortable. I loved talking with her and catching up on life. She is extremely meticulous and gets all of the hairs that she can! She does every thing in a quick and efficient manner. For parking, there is plenty of free street parking around the building. When you walk into the building there is a front desk to the left, and waiting area to the right but Viviana is usually near by to greet you. She gives you the opportunity to use the bathroom if needed of course. The building, bathroom and her space are always extreme clean and tidy. I for sure recommend her and always will.
