When I tell you that John- his son and team went above and beyond all wants, needs and expectations, they did! We have had plumbing issues for a few years now, but in november we completely had to stop using the sink since it just wouldnt drain. We also had an issue with the washer pipe which drains the water, and well that just wasnt happening lol We had been without a sink for 3 months and had to jimmy rig the washer to keep it from flooding for over a year. Let me tell you they did not wait, got down to the nitty gritty and got the job done! They were so kind, respectful and compassionate about our situation. And really- with the situation we had at hand, we could not thank them and God enough. i dont know anything about plumbing but I know how expensive repairs can cost, and the prices I heard given to our landlord sounded reaaaallllyyy reasonable! lol. Yall really dont need to look anywhere else lol. The pricing and hard work that this family and their team have to offer, it really doesnt get any better.
Super nice people. I sent an email Saturday, they responded Sunday morning. I had gotten used to a slow drains, and a dead garbage disposal. But when my downstairs toilet wouldn't plush- no matter how much plunging I did- I called. They diagnosed the issue on a Wednesday. On Thursday after a couple of hours, some new plumbing and a new disposal. Their prices are reasonable. My dad reminded me- it is a cost home ownership. If needed, I will call them back.
