“I was referred to Craft Electric by the local Tesla service team to get a Tesla wall connector installed. John, Aaron, and Johnny did a fantastic job. They took great pride and care in the installation and used high quality materials and even installed a special big emergency shutoff switch. They constructed a steel conduit for the electrical wire. They also handled the permit the next day. The wall connector works great, charges at 34-35 MPH. I was very concerned about this installation due to the need to go about 20 feet of run and the need to move other switches such as the spa and A/C around, live, to fit this switch in the breaker box. While away on my trip I texted John and he assured me that all would be well and that this was an easy and routine job for him and his team. I really appreciated him quelling concerns ahead of the installation. They even spent the time to put new / clear labels on everything. This is a family owned business that takes great pride in all that they do. I highly recommend their services.“

“Full disclosure, I didn't end up hiring Russ Galloway Electric for the issue I was having. This review is for their responsiveness and integrity. I reached out to several electricians for an issue with my bathroom lighting. Only 1 of 4 electricians even bothered to respond - RGE. They discussed the issue I was having with me and suggested I take a few steps to see if I could fix the issue myself and if those steps didn't work, then they'd come out and work on. Their advice over the phone was really helpful and ultimately fixed the issue I was having. They even followed up with a phone call a week later to see how things went. This level of customer care is practically unheard of in the construction industry these days. Though I didn't use RGE this go around, they'll definitely be on my speed dial when we're ready to upgrade our service panel in the next year.“

“A local power surge late afternoon on Friday on seemingly the coldest day of the year (of course) blew several of my breakers for the house & pool. It knocked out the heater. It can be tough to get an electrician on the weekend. On a recommendation through Next Door Neighbor, I called Jason at Ringer. He showed up within an hour and fixed everything beautifully for a fair price. He was very knowledgeable, experienced, capable and a nice guy to boot. I can not recommend him highly enough. Just great!!!“
“My neighbor recommended Consumer Electric to me and I was very hesitant at very beginning after reading several bad reviews on the website, However, my trust and confidence in my neighbor triumphed my worries and I decided to give this business a try. I was overjoyed after the project was completed. Josh from the company delivered such a great service that I decide to only use their service in the future. My project is is install several outlets in the crawl space, which is pretty challenging since the height of the crawl space is pretty intimidating, but Josh's quality work was more than satisfactory to me. He even opened the wall in such a way that you could barely see any sign of work after he put the removed dry wall back. Most importantly, their charge is extremely reasonable. I paid a little bit more than 2000 dollars for this project, but the highest bid I got exceeds more than 10000 dollars.
