I managed to get a last-minute haircut to improve the blending and angle of my short, straight chin-length hair. The stylist did an excellent job, taking her time to check and recheck the layers. She was a master at blending my highlights with my natural color. I highly recommend her!

Youngsun’s lack of empathy and professionalism genuinely shocked me. I reached out to see if she would take my personal situation (family emergency) into consideration. I never demanded anything from her, just some time and possibly some understanding. We had to cancel our appointment 4 days before the set date, but I wasn’t able to do it online. I called the next business day, which was 3 days before the appointment. She didn’t even listen, just cut me off and said we’d have to pay a fee. As someone who comes from a family that runs a small business I completely understand policies set up to protect themselves, so never did I expect anything, just figured I’d call and see in case we could work something out.
The immediate anger she directed at me, ending with her hanging up the phone on me, was extremely upsetting. Reading some other reviews only confirms her character if she has a disagreement or slight confrontation with another human being.
What’s worse is she emailed me later on and basically demanded that I “take it up” with my dad, who booked this appointment as a surprise Valentine’s Day gift. In other words: don’t blame her (never was I trying to place blame on anyone) but blame and be angry with my own father. How unprofessional, to tell me to basically argue with my dad over a canceled appointment that he booked as a gift.
Clearly she has her loyal clients. But be wary if you’re new and, heaven forbid, you have a disagreement with her. She’ll come at you like a child and make things personal. Never would I want to work with a person like her.
Edit to reply: I appreciate you making up blatant lies about me to try and save some face. Please don’t come at me with outright lies concerning our interactions just so you can feel better about yourself. If you aren’t proud of your attitude and the resulting reaction you stirred out of me, then own up to it and apologize. Or simply move on. But don’t make up a scenario to feel better about yourself. I had a baby 3 days before our phone call, so I obviously didn’t want to go to a public space to pamper myself while I’m still lactating and caring for a newborn. The fact that you’re trying to shame me for it (and I told you I have a newborn) is unacceptable. Once again, absolutely unprofessional and now you’re just embarrassing yourself.

Wow! Yongsun truly transformed my hair. I got home not long ago and I find myself checking my hair in the mirror! She listened to exactly what I wanted and was so accommodating. I've been searching a long time for a stylist that just got it, and Yongsun really gets it! What usually takes stylists about 4 hours she did in less than 2. I'll be back! Thank you Yongsun!!

This was my first time going to Yongsun’s Beauty. I had a cut and color. Yongsun was welcoming and listened to my hair needs. She expertly recommended an approach that helps to blend by my gray with color in a way that is not ashy. Great cut. Nice salon with range of hair care products. Pricing structure is similar to other salons in the area. It also is located in a nice shopping center with plenty of parking.Services: Haircut

I am so excited finding this place. I was recommended by my friend and Yongsun is awesome.She is very stylish which tells me she is good at what she does.I really wanted to try bangs but i was so scared but she took a time to consult how the bang would look good on me.Now I love my bang!!!! Everyone told me I look much younger and it looks great on me.Thank you so much Yongsun!!! You are the best.

I've been looking for a hairdresser for quite some time and my friend recommended Yongsun and I'm glad I took his recommendation. My hair isn't easy to style but Yongsun knew exactly what it needed to creat the style to fit my hair type.I will definitely return and will recommend her to my family and friends.
