This is my second experience with Monterey Bay Property Management Company. My current rental is a very lovely high end home in Carmel with many exceptional amenities. I negotiated this rental while I was in Paris and Kyle was very accommodating as was the property owner. There have been several repairs that required servicing which have been taken care of. Kyle has been on top of all the details and very effective in communicating. I have complete confidence that Kyle will make sure that everything is as it should be. Barby B
I've used MBPM multiple times, and will again any time I am looking for a house in the area. Kierstan and Kyle were extremely responsive, and very helpful; something that does not happen with the large rental companies. I HIGHLY recommend using this company for your rental needs.
Efficiency accompanied by courtesy is a rare combination in today's work world. The courtesy extended to me by Kyle Burritt was truly appreciated. I had to cancel a much needed getaway due to a very sick fur baby and he was very understanding. I highly recommend MBPM company!!
