Unfortunately it has not been the best experience for us. We moved in November 2023. We have to air out the home every single day because furnace blows out old cigar smell.When the furnace broke down in middle of winter they sent someone over 4-5 days later in 30 degree weather I had to constantly follow up because of how cold it got especially at night and I have a toddler.Majority of kitchen lighting is out in home and there’s exposed wires on property right next to circuit and no one has bothered to follow up. Mel and the CNC team took our maintenance request at 10 pm and the plumber was at our house right after I got home from work the next day around 1. We appreciate all of there past and present help and we feel confident that any future problems will be handled with care and speed.
Very professional, promptreconvene, efficient, and more importantly we sleep at night but worrying about anything. Great communications skills!! We worked with other rental companies in the past in Los Gatos, it was truly a nightmare!Highly recommended!!
