Had an appointment and over 30 minutes later reception couldn’t tell me when the previous appointment was schedule and called and could give no timeframe within which to be seen. Don’t have a reservation system if you can’t keep it. Horrible experience.

I went to MOGO Carmel location for a refill of my albuterol inhaler. That’s all. By the next day at 11:00 am the prescription was still not received by my pharmacy. The PA’s professionalism was very disappointing and to add insult to injury she couldn’t even send in the prescription until I made several phone calls.

We're frequent patients at the other two MoGo locations in the Monterey area. This was our first visit to this location.
Convenient appointment reservation system, linked with MyChart allowed us to save time and provide a bit of reassurance.
Upon arriving the recptionist was friendly and promptly started to check us in. But there was an issue with our account so MoGo was unable to see us. Since it was a Saturday, sadly we would not be able to resolve it until Monday.
The receptionist's empathy did seem authentic and she made a recommendation for a nearby convenient urgent care clinic. She said they'd be on duty and would accept our health insurance and provide the medical care needed that Saturday morning.
It all worked out. I had enough spare coins in our car to resolve the issue with our MoGo account and we now have an additional urgent care facility that is on duty when we need care.

I moved to the area about 18 months ago and have always had good experiences here, it’s my go-to place for minor issues. I think they’re great.

Noting from my experience, and other reviews it appears if you have a physically obvious injury and are bleeding they will help you. Any other problems go elsewhere.
The nurse practitioners were nice but I was kept in a room waiting for 50 minutes with no one giving me any timeline or notice. It seems odd to me as the nurse was able to see me immediately the doctor not so much. This wouldn’t have been the problem if the doctor was willing to listen to my symptoms and give me an array of medical options, however this was not the case. She was so sure of what I had she offered to prescribe medication for that without testing, it was not any of the things I had suspected to come in for. I understand there is a medical criteria to follow but she wouldn’t give me any real answers to the questions I had unless it lined up with what she proposed. She disregarded my other symptoms and cherry picked the ones she wanted. I went to a different clinic the next day where they were able to test me for an array of things. Lo and behold I had what I sought out the clinic for in the first place not what this doctor was so sure of. Listening to your patients is a vital skill, and considering abnormal reactions and/or checking your ego is important. Unless you’re hemorrhaging copious amounts of blood I would avoid here at all costs.

Waste of time. They refused to see me after they found out I had a work related injury. I was going to pay out of pocket and they still refused. This health care system in this country is horrendous. They referred me to Doctors on Duty, which doesn't do xrays or ER, which will cost triple the price.
