I’ve been going to Carmel Cleaners for over 15 years and under the new ownership. I am solely disappointed. My clothes came back with a very strong chemical smell,. I will not be returning.Service: Eco-friendly cleaning

Under new ownership. They do a good job if you actually get your stuff back and don’t lose it. I recommend taking photos of everything you bring in beforehand, I wish I would have. They completely ruined and stained a Veronica Beard jacket that was $595, and still haven’t given it back. Today I went in for a pink sweater of mine they couldn’t find last time, the male owner said he lost it. I grimaced and glanced in the back and saw it directly in front of me. Still missing a forever 21 jacket, a pink silk top, and the Veronica beard jacket they ruined. I am willing to change my review if I ever get my clothing back.
