This place is literally the worst. Overpriced, poor service, everything I've taken there has comeback wrong in some way or other. Service is slow even if it's located on post. I don't know what their problem is, things come back crooked, they can't sow a straight line, you drop something off to have something sewn on and then they dry clean it and demand you pay for the dry cleaning or they won't give it back. Don't go here. They don't deserve your business and it's a damn shame young servicemembers are forced to use there services.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Stripes Alterations and Dry Cleaning has left me feeling utterly disappointed, taken advantage of, and helpless. I entrusted them with my $80 shoulder dress and shoulder boards—items that hold both financial and professional value. Not only were they lost or mishandled, but I was continuously given the runaround. For over a month, I was told that the missing item was “ordered,” yet they could never provide a tracking number or receipt—just vague excuses.

came today to drop off my suite for dry cleaning, the employee who is scheduled today 7/18/2022 @ 4:30 served 2 customers waiting ahead of me , and refused to serve me claiming that she closed already for today.
