Our 9 year old daughter has been going to Z-Ultimate for a few years which has helped her both physically and emotionally. They go beyond self-defense by teaching life skills- respect, perseverance, and endurance. An added bonus is the karate tournaments are really fun. Great for all ages- my 43 year old husband also goes to the dojo. Highly recommend!
