Great team, love the doctor and I enjoy weighing in each week to see where I am. The vitamin B shots improve my mood and seem to impact my entire week positively. The key, too, though is to eat properly, - real foods, stay away from starches, drink lots of water exercise regularly. I highly recommend them.Lori (gives vitamin b shot) I weigh in weekly. (Did this at the beginning of the year and helped me lose that extra Holiday weight.) I am now going to another place in Encinitas just because the hours are more convenient. They are only open on Saturdays, but if you can get there, Lori is fabulous and love the NP doctor.

I came to Viva Medical to jump start my weight loss in 2015. Viva Medical is a satellite office and they only work on Saturdays from 9-12. Dr Kent Lehman and his lovely assistant got me set up with a combo injection to get me started. Overall the prices here are good and the staff is down to earth. Admitting that you have a weight problem is a big part of the process and I like to believe that making the choice to commit to a diet will give me the will power to stick to it.
