I love total vision!! I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Kashak is fanatic and amazing at what she does! Everyone that works here is a ray of sunshine - the staff couldn’t be more friendly and welcoming.
Stacey is the best and goes above and beyond to accommodate me when I’m awaiting last minute contact lens (like always - sorry, Stacey)!

What makes it so great is the manager Stacey.
I was having trouble getting my prescriptions corrected that came in wrong from another total vision store and wouldn’t arrive in time for me to leave for an extended trip right before Christmas.
I called Stacy and she went above and beyond to help me out. She worked with other members of total vision to get my lenses corrected and delivered to the Carlsbad Plaza location.
She even met me at the store on a Sunday so that I would have them for my trip the next morning.

I had a very positive experience here. Stacey was accommodating and so understanding and she worked with me until she knew I felt comfortable with the progressive prescription. I ended up getting progressive perscription sunglasses too and couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend.
