I've been going here for years and have had nothing but excellent experiences.
The other shoe repair store in Encinitas owned by a man named Jim. Well on more than one occasion Jim said my shoes could not be repaired and/or cleaned. I immediately took them to Tiny and they were repaired and cleaned flawlessly.
She is incredibly sweet, and always refuses to accept my cash tips for her excellent work.
I wouldn't be surprised if these other reviewers who are giving negative reviews, either know or own rival shoe stores. Honesty goes a long way in life.
