Needed a wetsuit repaired. She fixed the zipper and a tear the same day I dropped it off for a very reasonable cost. Idk what all these people are bent outta shape over she treated me like her favorite customer on my very first trip.

I've been going here for years and have had nothing but excellent experiences.
The other shoe repair store in Encinitas owned by a man named Jim. Well on more than one occasion Jim said my shoes could not be repaired and/or cleaned. I immediately took them to Tiny and they were repaired and cleaned flawlessly.
She is incredibly sweet, and always refuses to accept my cash tips for her excellent work.
I wouldn't be surprised if these other reviewers who are giving negative reviews, either know or own rival shoe stores. Honesty goes a long way in life. See you soon for a repair Tiny!
