I have been to this Sephora a few times and have had hit or miss service. Sometimes, there is an employee who tries to help me, and sometimes, like this week, I was not approached once by anyone .I spent several minutes looking at perfumes and lipsticks but walked out feeling like customer service is lacking..I have had better experiences at the Sephora in Kohls Oceanside to be honest..the employees in that location go out of thier way to help.

I don't shop here much. Thousands of products and too many variations of the same thing. Just gets to be overwhelming. Things are just too expensive as well. BUT, the staff is amazing and very, very helpful and friendly. They truly do listen to what you are looking for. I'll be fair to say that I'm older now (and at this age, who looks anyway!) and just don't use make-up and beauty products hardly at all. Therefore, besides over whelming products, I'm probably not a great candidate for posting.

I've been shopping at Sephora since I was a kid, but I really had to write this review to thank the girl that helped me out. When I walked into the store, as usual I was greeted in a friendly fashion by the store employees , and then I began to look for what I needed. (Perfumes and foundation.) I ended up asking an employee named Carson for help, and I'm so glad I did. She was so knowledgeable about every single brand I had questions about, as well as so friendly and personable. Not only that, but she was able to introduce me to several new products (that I now love and am obsessed with ) based off of me telling her what perfumes and foundation I normally like to purchase....read full review
