I just went to see Jackie at the Ulta Beauty salon for a haircut after way too long, and my hair was definitely a frizzy, split-end mess. I really wanted to keep as much length as possible, and Jackie did such a beautiful job cleaning it up without taking off too much.
She was also incredibly gentle, which I really appreciated because I have a very sensitive scalp. Even with all the tangles and damaged ends, I never felt any pulling or tugging. She was so sweet, easy to talk to, and we chatted the whole time.
She also recommended some great products for my hair, and I’ll definitely be coming back to see her before I let it get that bad again!

I had such a great experience at Ulta Beauty in Oceanside! The store is always clean, organized, and fully stocked with so many amazing brands.
The Lancôme section was especially wonderful. The products were beautifully displayed, and the staff there were so knowledgeable and helpful. They took the time to explain the skincare and makeup options and helped me choose what works best for me. I didn’t feel pressured at all — just genuinely supported and taken care of.
Overall, the team is friendly, professional, and patient. The checkout process was smooth, and the whole experience felt positive and enjoyable. I highly recommend this location!
