Dr. Shapero is by far the best doctor I’ve ever had. He truly cares about his patients and always takes the time to listen. I never feel rushed during appointments—he’ll actually sit and talk with you, making sure all your concerns are heard. I couldn’t recommend him more highly to anyone looking for a doctor who genuinely puts their patients first!
Dr Shapero is great, he makes you feel comfortable while also not sugar coating reality. He hears what you say and works with you to make a plan and follow up. It's very obvious he genuinely cares for his patients. Tionnie was a great nurse too ☺️
The best healthcare I've ever received in my life has been at Scripps. My kids' doctor at Scripps is also amazing. Dr. Michael Varon in particular is so thoughtful and knowledgeable; I never feel rushed out of the room and he's very empathetic. Same for Dr. Randi Rupp (at a separate Scripps location). I've also had great experiences using Scripps' urgent care and labs at this location. Overall very grateful for quality care from a not-for-profit health system!
