My appointment with Dr Evans was Very Good. Wait time was very short. Dr Evans is Super really nice. She listened to my concerns and took care of a couple spots.

I suffered a pretty bad stingray sting surfing Monday, not my first rodeo when it comes to being stung. I had my friend, who's a navy medic look over it day 1. Made the call on day 3 to visit an urgent care due to swelling, possibly from infection. Arriving customer service was professional at Pearlman and efficient, they got me in to see a medical professional promptly, under 45 mins as a walk in, in a lobby with patients that had prior appointments reserved, it seemed like a reasonable wait. I liked my old doctor at Scripps Encinitas just fine but had to pick a new Primary Care Doc w new insurance and this was closest. I am super happy with the change. My first visit was great. Easy appointment, great staff, and the PA was a well trained and great listener / advisor. The follow up labs and shots are all in-house. This is a top notch place for health care so far. I believe all the positive reviews are also true. The managers of this facility really care about providing great service. Six stars!
