We have worked with Pacific Coast Construction since 2015, and over the past 11 years, we have been fortunate to complete many successful projects with their team. Our company manages HOAs, and PCC has been involved in large projects for us, such as restoration of a historic fountain in La Jolla, many balcony reconstructions pursuant to the infamous SB326 balcony bill, and even full-community handrail replacement to satisfy insurance requirements. We haven't used their services yet, but I just had to say how impressed I was with the knowledge and integrity of Connor, who came out to give us an estimate on our deck repairs. He was very thorough in assessing our situation and clearly wanted to make the recommendations that were in our best interest. He wasn't trying to push their services but was interested in helping us come up with solutions that would allow our deck to be safe but that could also not exceed our budget at this time. We really appreciate that.
I've worked with several construction companies to work on my dance studio in Oceanside, CA. Pacific Coast Construction was fast, went above and beyond what they agreed to, and charged me exactly what we had agreed upon. I have found this to be rare with construction companies so I am extremely appreciative of their professionalism. Highly recommend them.
