Patricia Andel is not working for the client. Just her own pockets. She charged $375 for EVERY Email I sent when I had a question regarding my parents trust after they both died a month apart . I was dealing with a lot and she was rude and threatened me with having to pay rent while I was at their home cleaning it out to sell!! Unbelievable. I later found out her reputation was less than it should be as a trust and estate attorney.
She was great in helping a novice work through the estate process. Costly for a single mom, but worth it for the kids' benefit in the long run, I hope. I won't know, I'll be dead.
As a mortgage and real estate broker, I highly recommend the services of Patricia Andel. I know without a doubt that when I refer a client to Patricia they are in good hands. She has assisted many of my clients with wills, trusts and probate. I cannot say enough good things about working with her. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I have learned so much working with her over the years. Anyone using her services will not be disappointed.
