I’ve seen a lot of chiropractors over the years as I train for the Paralympics, but my experience at La Costa Chiropractic & Wellness with Dr. Dahl has been one of the best. I felt noticeable relief after just one visit—something I haven’t experienced in years of dealing with chronic pain.

This place is clean and well appointed. The person on the phone spoke good English, as well as the one at the front desk. My massage therapist, Coco was very good, professional, just enough personable (I don't like a lot of talking during zone-out time), and worked on all my sore muscles. She had some techniques for working out chronic knots that other therapists don't know about. I'm feeling so much better with daily living and sleeping better too. I like the price here too at 1/4 of the price of a resort. I'll be back to see Coco.

Just had an excellent 90-minute massage with Sally. I asked for some reflexology and she did a great job on my feet and legs. Super relaxing place that is clean and quiet. I've been here for evening foot and leg massages a few times (awesome) but this was first full body. My fee was $95.
