Guys and Dolls Skin Care

I purchased a Groupon for a peel. At the time of service, the owner recommended additional peels and said if I purchased them that day, she would honor a package discount price. I paid her for the package and said I would back back later in the year to schedule. I recently tried to schedule a follow-up peel. I left a VM and the owner never replied. I message her again noting I wanted to schedule a follow-up apt. She replied noting my package expired and she closed the business a year ago! I never signed anything with an expiration date. The package was added to my total cost after my initial peel. This lady is a fraud!

Linda is amazing!!! I came for a last min appointment to refresh my skin before a vacation and she was so helpful and made time for me! I highly suggest you see Linda if you want to do your skin any favors. I can't wait to visit socal again soon just for another service !

I had an apt today, Sept 1, which Linda's online system sent me 3 reminders regarding in the last 3 weeks. The last reminder was within the last 12 hours. It was a fluke I happened to be home this holiday weekend and made sure I had time for this apt. I showed up today 5 minutes before the apt time and noticed no one was there so I waited for 5 more minutes, but when no one showed up I called the number provided on my gift paper. Linda told me she thought we had canceled the apt. Really? When we emailed about the 2 apt's I scheduled, you said to RESCHEDULE the 2nd apt because it was too close to the first. Why would I cancel the 1st apt? Ridiculous comment.... read full review
