Darlene Weber from Golden Care was a lifesaver for me when my mom was hospitalized abruptly then wanted to come home to recover. Mom wasn't mobile at the time, and Darlene and the Golden Care team went overboard to find enough helpers to allow her to be at home. Darlene was also an incredible resource for information about at-home care - from the supplies we needed to which items of "durable medical equipment" we should request from the hospital based on insurance coverage. She even went out of her way to be there when PT and OT providers came so that her caregivers could help mom do the exercises in between visits. Joining the Golden Care team was the change I needed after 31 years in the dental field. I am very fortunate to have a supportive employer like Porsha that fosters trust and growth. I have been with Golden Care 3 1/2 years as a Lead Staffing Manager and by far this is one of the BEST companies I've worked for. Porsha our owner and Veronica our HR manager are the most empowering, supportive, and encouraging supervisors I've had.
