Absolutely wonderful! This was our second time using Faster Upholstery & Rug Cleaning and, once again, we’re extremely happy with the results. Scheduling a carpet cleaning appointment was simple and their customer service is top-notch, with clear and helpful updates throughout the process. We had a few tough pet stains that were really bothering us, but they disappeared after the cleaning. Our carpets look like new again—so bright and refreshed! We want to give all the stars and the moon for this amazing carpet cleaning company! We first picked them because they are veteran owned, and that really meant a lot to our family. We’ll always come back to them because their service is always top-notch, and every employee we’ve met—like Diego—has been so polite and really knows their stuff. They truly worked wonders on our carpets and tile, which is impressive since our two puppies and two adult dogs had definitely put our floors to the test. After their cleaning, our whole house looked so much brighter. The difference was like night and day! This company went above and beyond what we hoped for.
