This gym is amazing! One of the best in the surrounding area. I have been searching for a gym of this caliber. The owner is great, very kind and very involved. The coaches are excellent, super knowledgeable. The members are so inviting and fun. It’s been a great upgrade to my workouts and personal life. 10/10 would recommend!!
Coach Jason always shows up with great energy & passion towards helping members achieve their fitness goals. I appreciate his knowledge base and extensive background in the fitness world. Shout out to Coach Mandi! I always pick up something new in her classes from nutrition to form tips. She's truly helped me expand my knowledge base in terms of necessary micro-adjustments & core engagement through multiple strength based movements. Great crew of coaches overall! And the added bonus of a great community. Highly recommend, especially anyone new to the area, lots of friendly faces.
This place is absolutely amazing, I have only been here 6 weeks and it has changed my life, my energy is unreal, the workouts are challenging but easy to do because of the way their program is set up! I can’t believe it took me this long in life to find this place! The staff is lovely! Time goes by so fast when you are here! :)
