Dr. Tiffany, hands down, saved me during my pregnancy. I went from being very active during my pregnancy to hardly being able to walk without pain and a limp. I had tried everything to help with my pain and mobility to no avail. I had even seen another chiropractor who didn’t really know how to help me and was unable to provide me any relief. When I found Born and Raised I was skeptical but also just praying someone would know how to help me. From my very first appointment with Dr. Tiffany, she made me feel like there was hope. Finding her was one of the best parts of my second pregnancy, and I often wish I had discovered her sooner. I dealt with significant back and hip pain, and her sessions were the only thing that provided true relief. Each weekly visit was a highlight of my week, and I am so grateful for the difference she made. I have confidently recommended her to all my pregnant friends. If I ever have another baby, she will be my first call.

Dr. Tiffany is amazing! I started seeing her prior to getting pregnant with my second son, throughout my pregnancy and now postpartum. She’s knowledgeable, kind and extremely supportive. I also recently took my 10 month old son to see her for a wellness check, focusing on the digestive and eating (texture) issues he’s been experiencing. He felt extremely comfortable and Dr. Tiffany made it a great experience for our family. She also gave us a bunch of local recommendations for additional support.
