Have been here a few times now and have always left feeling way better than when I walked in. Lindsay is fantastic - I’ve gotten a massage with cupping twice, and a massage with no add-ons by itself and every experience has been great. Highly recommend the cupping - it helped my upper back/shoulder tension and pain. Daniela at the front desk is also super helpful and knowledgeable. When deciding what add-ons I wanted to do, she walked me through what each one would entail and even gave me advice based on the areas I wanted the most help in. Can’t wait to try the hot stones and aromatherapy in my next visits!
Camille is the best I probably shouldn’t say that then everyone will request her! Kidding of course. I’ve been broken and put back together more than I can list and she is very in tune to her profession. She remembers all these areas and takes the time to address them. I would HIGHLY recommend scheduling an appointment with her. If you are new and looking for a great therapist.
Every session I have had at Element in South Carlsbad has been super effective and very professional. Matt and Lindsey are really good at finding the knots and easing them without causing pain. They communicate well and check in to see if the pressure can be more firm or softer. Daniela at the front desk has done an excellent job at recommending which MT is best for my needs and coordinating times that fit my schedule the best. I know I'm in good hands when I come to Element in South Carlsbad!
