Don’t recommend this place unless you like getting scammed. Will have an appointment but they will take anyone so you end up waiting at least 40 minutes with no apology. Went here for almost a year and then the price went up $5. I assumed it was due to price increases. After a couple times of this price increase I was a little skeptical so I called to see the price of a fill. They quoted me $40 even though the nail tech was charging me $45. I assume she was pocketing the money. I never went back and highly regret tipping 20% each time I went. Clearly they don’t value loyal customers as they use shady practices. This nail salon used to be very good. It is reasonably priced, but service is terrible. I called two days ahead for a pedicure appointment and arrived on time. There was one person doing manicures and two people doing pedicures. I was the only person in the salon waiting. They kept me waiting for 40 minutes and I walked out. No one ever came to me to explain the delay or give me an idea of how long I would have to wait. The salon was not busy, but obviously three customers at a time is too much for them to handle. When I left I explained they kept me waiting too long, but no apology, nothing said, no courtesy. I won't return since there are plenty of nail... read full review

Poor customer service. I went in to have my gel polish removed—the same place I got the manicure. Midway through, they paused and took someone who arrived after me for a full manicure. After waiting 10 minutes, I asked if I could sit in a massage chair while waiting, but the woman at the front desk firmly said no. If they weren’t going to take me first, the least they could do was make the wait more comfortable. Disappointing experience.
