I've seen Jennifer for all of my treatments and she is the best of the best! I appreciate that she truly listens to me to help me look my best. I have been to many different med spas but none have made me feel so welcome and comfortable as this one. I also love how easy they are to get a hold of and how responsive they are. I was very disappointed with my experience in January 2022. I was injected with 40mg of Xiomin (forehead and eyes). While I know bruising can happen, I got a bruise that made me look like I had a black eye for 3 weeks. I let them know and they told me to put Arnica on it. I let it go until early March when all my lines reappeared. In my past experiences, my results lasted 3 months. I asked them if this was normal. I left two text messages and received no response. I am very disappointed with this spa.

Let me start by saying I have been getting botox and treatments at multiple med spas around Southern California for the past 5 years. My experience with Carlsbad Village Med Spa was without a doubt the best. The online patient portal makes completing forms before your appointment so painless and having access to information about previous appointments is really helpful. Communication through text was quick and they made sure I knew there was an Allē promotion that week. The office was quiet and clean, and my results are the best I've ever had. Jennifer really listened to my needs (wanting to still have forehead movement) and after 2 weeks everything has settled and looks great: natural, not frozen, no peaky eyebrows. Highly recommend!

What a great office experience! Jennifer is top notch in her bedside manner, her thorough knowledge of the services she performs, and just a personality plus!!! I had no wait time and she respected the COVID protocol which I appreciated! Her office is immaculate as well! She took her time to get to know me; I never felt rushed at all! After years of thinking about it, I finally did something to repair the damage cause by years of outdoor exposure. I have now had four IPL treatments to lessen and remove the spots, redness and tiny veins from my face. Jennifer is an excellent and caring professional and my results have been dramatic. Working outdoors most my life, golfing and being a lifelong beach goer, I had done significant damage. As a 69 year old male, I was a bit hesitant about going to a "med spa" thinking that at my age it's too late and people will think I'm vain. Jennifer listened to my concerns, was supportive and provided realistic expectations. My friends don't know I go to a med spa but they just tell me I look really healthy. I'll take that. I highly recommend Carlsbad Village Med Spa to anyone who wants to look better and feel confident in their appearance. Thanks Jennifer and Nicole.

This Med Spa is one of the friendliest spas I’ve been too. I’m visiting family here and I’m from Florida and wanted to get the Lip Flip and last min lip filler while on vacation and they accommodated right away! Took the time to shape my lips after putting in the filler as well as while putting it in when I needed a moment. Friendly PA and staff! Clean and relaxing office and I couldn’t be happier with my results on my face and with the interaction while getting my services done! Highly recommend!!!
