Was recommended Dr. Tracy by a friend, but every time I call no one answers the phone. I've called at different times during the office hours posted and the times that are noted in their voice message and still no one answers. I've left two messages and no one returns my call too.

Dr Tracy was very thorough. I had been to a Ophthalmologist @ Scripps and an Optometrist just prior. They both missed the issues that were causing my eye irritation and did not take the time to explain what was going on. He addressed issues I didn't know were causing more problems. His receptionist also was very professional and helpful. I highly recommend Carlsbad Eyecare with Dr Tracy!

I went to see Dr. Tracy at Carlsbad Eye Care. I had Lasik eye surgery many years ago and was looking to have it again. The gal at the front desk was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Dr. Tracy was very friendly, yet professional. He ran me through a series of tests to see if I was a candidate to have Lasik eye surgery again. Unfortunately, I would have to get a different type of vision correction that he does not offer, and thus I would have to go to a specialist. But even after he gave me that news, he was still happy to sit with me to explain everything. He surely went above and beyond what he had to do, even though he knew he would not be able to help me.
