Helen is a miracle worker!!! My partner and I came in for a 45 min couple’s massage on a Saturday at noon, they worked us in pretty much right away. We both work with our hands and were having lots of shoulder pain, mine was going down the arm and causing lots of pain, tingling, and numbness.
The room was nice and relaxing, low lights and quiet music. Helen made sure to ask what kind of pressure to use and I told her to use pretty strong pressure and told her what my symptoms were.

Helen and her team are amazing. Helen has helped solve plantar fasciitis in my foot for me and has greatly relieved other chronic issues. Also she is just an extremely pleasant and super nice person. Thank you Best Massage!

I went to Mary at Carlsbad Best Massage and it was so lovely! I left feeling both energized and relaxed. I woke up feeling more limber as opposed to sore like I have at other places. She was very thorough and her hands are healing. I can’t wait to go back. This will be my new regular massage location. So grateful they exist!
