John sent in an incomplete return without my signature or approval. It resulted in several issues with my taxes, which he refuses to take responsibility for. I understand mistakes happen, but to make an egregious error and then try to collect full payment for services that were not rendered correctly is troublesome to say the least.

I hired John Brodsky to file my tax return last year and thought everything was fine. This year I decided to hire another firm to do it and they informed me that John did not include a depreciation schedule for my property on my return from last year which is important. I reached out to John via text and voicemail asking him to call me back and make the correction but never got a response. Extremely unprofessional. Definitely made the right decision to hire another firm this year.
