I had the MOST amazing experience with Angelika. She is so good at what she does and I left feeling healed, inspired & rejuvenated after my myofascial release I highly, highly recommend!
Wanted to leave a quick review for the MFR bodywork I received from Angelica. This wasn't the touchy feely Swedish massage style. This was a very focused deeper fascia work and release addressing long rooted body trauma and nervous system overload. I could feel Angelica's care and focus, her eyes deeply penetrating my soul with her questions and listening skills. She assigned me homework and many professional suggestions for self care and healing. Thank you.
