Aqua Masters is an awesome company and has done an outstanding job in servicing our pool since 1/2019. Nick is an excellent role model for a professional, hard worker who puts customer service first. Nick knows exactly how to manage a pool surrounded by protected live oaks and keep the water crystal clear. Our previous pool service in La Crescenta consistently made excuses for why the pool water was green and even the Service Manager didn't know what to do to correct the problems. I met Alan Bateman, owner of Aqua Masters, about three years ago. I needed three professional pool servicers for my business needs. Alan is very knowledgeable on swimming pool care and maintenance. Alan will never sell you something you you do not need. Whenever I called Alan and he was unavailable, he will return your call within a few hours. Remember Alan is a busy man so you cannot expect an instant return call. There is another pool servicer in Oceanside who pays people to write 5 star reviews. Alan and aqua masters are amazing. We just moved into our house and inherited his services from the previous owners. I have nothing but great things to say about him and his company. Alan suggested that we replace our old pump as it was inefficient and at the end of its life. We now have a brand new, super quiet pump that is 40% more efficient than our old one and has been saving us about $40/month on our electric bill. That's almost $500 a year! We also had him automate the entire pool system...jets, heating, waterfall, timer, remote control, auto cooling...the whole nine yards and I have to say we couldn't be happier.
