Angelica is the most unprofessional, with cold affect for someone working at a mortuary. I called and she answered the phone “hello”. No formal geeeting to assure me I called American cremation. I asked if I called the services and she just said “yes”. She was cold and short, so I asked if she had time for my call she responded “I’m waiting for my next family.” I proceeded to tell her I had an urgent matter and if she wasn’t available was there a manger I could speak with- she retorted “I’m the only one who works here.” She then proceeded with continued lack of compassion, irritability and refusal to escalate my concern. Angelica at American Cremation in Carlsbad Ca is and was amazing to work with. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and kind. Customer Service is key and she was a blessing to me and my mom. Processing was smooth even thought it had to be expedited due to the timeframe I had left to be in California and she worked with my mom and I expeditiously without judgement and without frustration. This made us feel comfortable! Thank you for being a Gift to us in our time of need!!Lisa W
