“I had walked into this salon very nervously and met Ms. Toma, who very patiently gave me a free of charge consultation.

She went over all the different types of extensions available, and what she thought would be the best for my hair type.
There was no sales pressure on her part which is rare.
She gave me very good advice, and I found her to be a very knowledgeable person with reference to extensions.
She won me over with her great customer service and I booked my appointment.

And now that followed was nothing less than magic done by Ms. Mariana !!
Mariana knows all the ins and outs and just does an amazing job overall.
Must say that the quality of extensions used were excellent and she took such good care in applying them.
She is absolutely amazing with hair extensions.

I’ve had them on for 4 months and it has felt like my own hair and not one person ever asked me if they were extensions!
All my friends ask me about it all the time, give me endless compliments and they LOVE my new look, and it looks super - natural!
Now I walk around as a very confident person, all thanks to Ms. Mariana :)

I wasn't sure what kind of treatment would be best for me, but after telling her about my long hair & how I'm pretty low maintenance (haircut every 6 months or so... when I remember lol) she suggested a biotin treatment. Also, she was really informative on how to better care for my hair going forward. I learned a lot from her & have already switched up some of my habits. I’ve been seeing Nando for the past 4 years and he’s perfected blonde highlights/balayage. I recommend the salon to everyone I know and now my mom, grandma, and friends in town go to Nando. My partner also goes to Charles for his men’s cut and couldn’t be happier. Their booking system is easy to use and there’s plenty of parking as the salon is right at the Poinsettia train station. “I don't get my hair cut very often (maybe every few years), but when I do, I usually go to Antonia. She's friendly, willing to adjust throughout the haircut if I ask for a little shorter or more layers, and affordable. The shampooing & conditioning is the best! My hair comes out silky smooth.“
